"Cigars are no longer just for the seasoned smoker.      They have become a staple in society for rookies and veterans alike,        representing an air of character, class and pleasure. Whether it's a          satisfying smoke after dinner, during a round of golf, or out at the          bar for drinks, cigars are the perfect complement to your lifestyle        because that is exactly what defines cigar smoking:      -- your lifestyle. Welcome to the good life!"
THE "ANILLADORA"

Cigar bands were introduced in the 1860's by Don Gustavo Bock, a European who had arrived in Havana to make his fortune in cigars. Some say that his idea came from the wish to protect his customer's fingers from staining. True or not, cigar bands grew to become the Habano's most popular symbol. These cigar bands are of great value to collectors and they are copied by all cigar manufacturers.

La Anilladora

The anilladora or "bander" manually applies the band to each and every cigar making sure the bands line up perfectly within the box, following the Escogedo's arrangement in every detail: same face upwards with the band appropriately aligned, and the same order left to right.
